The rep that helped me was awesome. He made my experience super easy, you guys paid me the most out of all my offers, and you saved me from a predatory car loan. Flawless execution
Flawless execution. Webuyanycar gave us an offer far higher than their online competitors. We brought the car to a local branch and left about 70 minutes later with a check in our hands. No haggling, no bait and switch. It was a super efficient and highly enjoyable transaction. Their representative, Paul, was smart, engaging and quick and the company has an outstanding system -- Paul took notes and pictures, scanned them to his team and had confirmation of the offer within about half an hour. Surprisingly smooth and easy. Paul explained that the company aims for a small profit from each car they buy ($500-$1000) and relies on quantity to generate its profits. Hence no haggling, just fair prices and efficient transactions. Highly recommend this top-notch operation.

Everything service wise was great except the $99 Document Fee. Keep the paperwork or just email me!!
Everything service wise was great. Paul did a very good job (for the most part). What I did not like was I just looked over the paperwork and I see you changed me a $99 Documentation Fee. Come on, I could have done without the paperwork and just kept the 99 bucks. I was never even told about it. Thats kinda sneaky and a little shady! Is it really worth $99 to leave a bad taste in a customer mouth after the fact, I think not!!!
