We met with Xavier in Delaware and he was very pleasant and what I am most thankful for was that he told us that all of the warranties that my mother paid for when she bought the car could be reimbursed at a prorated amount which we had no clue about so he ended up saving us an additional $3,000 that we've never would have asked the dealership for.
