Liliana was very thorough in inspecting our car and pointed out the flaws that impacted the value. Some of which i was unaware of. With that in mind we were able to come to a fair value of the car that was agreeable to me. The process was executed swiftly. I was surprised to learn that we were given a $25. voucher for an Uber ride which we used to drive to the Ford dealership to buy our new car. All in all a very good experience.
