The Manager Ryan Jones was extremely helpful and transparent thru the entire process for which he explained every step in the process and answered all my questions. He completed all the sales documentation in an accurate and timely manner. The final agreed car sold price was most fair and I immediately received the check. I even received a $25 Uber cash voucher for a free ride home. Arriving home in 10 minutes via free Uber, I deposited the check via my bank's acceptance of check photos via their app. The entire check cleared the next business morning. I submitted an online appraisal and received a call the following day. I came in and they did an inspection on the car. They offered a price (lower than the online quoted price, but I knew it would be due to damage), and I accepted. It was slightly higher than a major competitor’s offer. The entire process took about an hour.
