Satisfying Choice
Paul Moore, the Branch Manager, was great, easy to talk to. He was professional, yet very friendly. He explained the process as I accompanied him during the car inspection. He was open and honest as he addressed any questions I had. The whole experience was pleasant and smooth. I was quite satisfied with the offering price. My first interaction with Kyle started…
My first interaction with Kyle started off ok, then it went totally to the left with him telling me he was doing me a favor by coming to my residence after keeping me waiting over an hour also giving me the wrong time then stating the paper work could not be printed talking so loud that my neighbors could hear my business the told me to go to the nearest location....etc
However the top manager Matt saved me and gave more than EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE SATISFACTION. Matt you are awesome I thank you for doing everything for me to ensure all things went smoothly. I would recommend this service but please avoid Kyle! Hateful and unprofessional experience with him and not the company. Again I will and would refer this company again. Excellent Matt
