My experience with "we buy any car" was disappointing. KBB valued my vehicle a little higher than the four places I took my car for an instant offer and my online price from when "we buy any car" was on par with all the others. I am a car collector and wondered what my car's value was out on the market understanding values will be less, leading me to "we buy any car". I have never written a review before and felt that people esp young people should be very wary of this place. While the gentleman I worked with was nice, he only cared about trying to buy my car at a lower price than offered online. Having a great understanding of cars, parts and function, and value you could easily tell the gentleman was trying to hustle me out of money before he ever looked at the car. After receiving four offers from four different car dealers in the area that were within 200 dollars of each other, I knew what the value in the area was. After an hour of waiting for the experts to review pictures the offer came back $9,000 less than the online price, CarMax, and the other dealers in the area.

I caution those looking to get out of your car note and looking to sell your car. Shop around this place is one of those quick check cashing places that don't care how they leave you after the deal is done. They will use catchwords like security for you, a panel of experts, etc. They give you less than what your car is worth, they do it on purpose or lack the experience needed to do it right. Good business is providing good products and services. They will be quick to give you a check but, for far less than your vehicle is worth, feeding you a line of BS on what makes your vehicle value less. Just read the replies to the one-star ratings on this page. I kept my car I hope this helps those out there. Try more than just this place.

I was in and out in an hour. They were honest, up front and respected my time. I agreed 100% of their evaluation of my used vehicle.

The Branch Manager there was truly amazing. He made my husband and I feel really comfortable and confident that we're making the best decision. Great interpersonal skills and professionalism. I would definitely come back and/or refer to others

Having a vast amount of options to choose from can be overwhelming at times. In this case it was deciding which company will give you the best bang for my buck or your vehicle. For me it was not a hard decision, I have sold a vehicle to CarMax with a luke warm outcome meaning they low balled me and sold the car for double the price. Not with We Buy Any Cars, the manager Mr. Moore walked me through the entire process and disclosed any findings that hindered or helped the value of my vehicle. The process was smooth and quick if you ask me. They only thing I recommend for anyone planning to sell to this company is have all paperwork for the car. I will make the process easier for everyone involved

Quick appointment set up, friendly reminders via text and follow up with phone. Fast courteous staff members, felt like old friends or family actually. Paul is absolutely the best! And Boss man too while Paul was doing his thing, he actually came out and spoke a bit. The office was clean and over all it was a pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is interested in selling their car. Check on the spot too.

My experience with Paul at the We Buy Any Cars Waldorf Office was great and very professional throughout the whole process. The paperwork was easy to understand and Paul explained each page as we completed it. I was totally in agreement with the final decision quoted after all inspections were made on the vehicle. Will use the service again if I replace my other vehicle. Also the Waldorf office very convenient for me because it is close to home.
