A Quick and Not-Totally-Unpleasant Way to Unload Your Car
Brian was pleasant and businesslike in dealing for my car. The whole experience was not unpleasant and pretty much what I expected: that the online price was a starting point that would only go lower. This was a bit disappointing since I answered all questions accurately, which still raised inspection points I had already alerted them to. I would suggest the series of initial questions be increased and better detailed so there's a more accurate understanding of what the seller is bringing in, AND which should reflect a more realistic offer. Still, even with the post-inspection offer lower than online, Brian increased our sale enough so that we felt as if we hadn't done too badly.
All in all, I would recommend WBAC to a friend who was looking to easily unload a vehicle, with the understanding that the online offer was likely the upper starting point.
