Kirk, came out to our house after confirming via text that he would be arriving within a half hour. He looked over our car and offered us a fair price. Within a half hour we had a check in our hands. He put a lock boot on our car and we are waiting to have our car taken away within the next few days. It was a seamless process.

I think i was scammed
I think i was scammed. I never saw a mechanic that supposedly looked at the car. They give you a good price over the phone and then low ball you when you get there. I don't think I am the only one they do this to. Where were the mechanics that checked out the car??

We encourage customers to accompany the manager during the walk-around so they can point out exactly what they see—transparency is very important to us.
Regarding the price: Our online valuation is based solely on the vehicle details provided by the customer during the quote process. That figure is subject to a professional appraisal at the branch to confirm the car's physical condition matches those disclosures.
