Got a same day appointment, representative Gio did a great job explaining the process and then efficiently went through the steps to inspect and access the value and make and offer to purchase the car. Based on the condition and age of the car. I though the offer was fair and agreed. Gio then quickly processed the paper cut me check and even provided me with a coupon number for a ride share service so i could get home
