Outstanding experience!
The morning of our appointment I received an e-mail from the manager of the York Pa. branch reminding me of our appointment and what docs to bring. When my daughter and I arrived he promptly greeted us and made us feel welcome. He is a fine young man courteous, knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the process he was always asking if I had any questions and was very through in the vehicle inspection. He is a member of a dying breed of young professionals, those who are committed to delivering quality customer service and is a credit to your company. Don't let him go! He deserves a raise and a promotion.
