Mr. Evans was professional, friendly, thorough and honest. I appreciated his full disclosure on all items we discussed. He took his time checking the car and we received a check in a short period of time. My car was in my deceased husband's name and mine so there was extra steps involved but everything went smoothly.

Overall good experience, slow to pick-up.
Great experience for the eval and paperwork, the problem was with the vehicle pick-up, which isn’t necessarily your issue but for the fact that the seller has to sit and wait for days until the yard picks up the vehicle. I understand the buyer has to wait for the third party tower, but 3 days and a 10:30pm pick-up seems a little excessive. Overall, would work with buyer again. Estimator was excellent as well.

Had a 9 o’clock appointment, sales rep calls at 9:05 saying he will be 30 minutes late. That is very unprofessional and poor business, will never work with them again.

Unacceptable offer!
As I previously wrote in my Google review the offer was very insulting! The car has no codes whatsoever, I gave a detailed Vin number valuation. The car has some dents that I didn't know about but that would not lower the value to 500 from the offer of 2500-2800. See the pictures I posted on Google and the ones taken by the underwriter. 500 for the offer is not justified, especially when I had the parts in the car. I was not not going to do the work and accept 2500-2800.
