FRIENDLY , PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT
Very detailed and clear information provided throughout - from the company Website through to interactions with personnel. It was distressing to lose our beloved campervan (due to mobility issues) but the company and its staff made the process of selling as pain-free as possible. Special mentions to Jamie on the sales team and to the wonderful Tim and Jonathan who came out to inspect the van and deal with the mechanics of the sale and transfer of funds. All went very smoothly and was resolved within very short interval of our contacting the site and confirming our wish to proceed. We didn't need to travel anywhere - Tim and Jonathan came to us. Their client care was superb.

They are very thorough in the inspection, they found an issue that I wasn't aware of, however I was happy to sell to them.

Professional, polite and quick
I was nervous going into this transaction as selling our campervan was a huge thing for us.
The process was quick, easy and stress free.
George who handled the initial quote was honest and polite. Tim who did the assessment was again, friendly, polite and professional. I got the price I was quoted, there was no pressure or looking for faults that wasn’t there.
Yes you can get more selling private but in truth, I filled the form out online on Monday and the money was in my account by Friday dinner. To me that’s worth not having to deal with private buyers, time wasters and brokerage services. Thank you. Highly recommended

Personable customer service!
I filled in a form online for a call back regarding selling my camper, George Bain called me the same day and we had a chat. He was so easy to talk to and gave me some amazing advice. He said he would check in with me later, and kept to his word, also emailing me with some info. I ended up selling my camper to a private seller but would still like to highlight the amazing service of George and this company. I spoke to a few different camper sales companies and this one stood out for 100% customer service.

James was my first contact, he was very polite and professional throughout our conversation’s then on the agreed assessment and collection the three guys were also very professional in there approach, they inspected and checked the motor home over, we agreed and the deal was completed, my advice to anyone thinking of using these guys, be 100% honest with your description answer all the initial questions honestly, if you are honest with them, the price they offer will be payed.
I would definitely recommend and I would use this company again.

Extremely quick process
Extremely quick to give a valuation over the phone from submitted details and to inspect and collect once accepted.
The assessors who visited were very polite and pleasant, they explained the process and thoroughly inspected the vehicle. The payment went into my account within 15 mins of agreeing the price and before they took the vehicle.
I was hoping to get a bit more but I didn’t have time to sell privately so I’m quite happy with the amount I received for the quick sale.

We sold our motorhome to this company today. After nearly a year of changing our minds as to whether we actually wanted to sell, the process was so simple and worry free.
Jake explained how everything would work should we accept their offer.
A big thanks to Dave and Roger who were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After their inspection, payment and changing the ownership details was completed in a matter of minutes.
