I was extremely disappointed with the derogatory offer I received. I only sent my phone to your company based on the price offered subject to checking of condition on receipt. I prided myself on how well I had looked after my iPhone. I was then told screen was badly damaged and would probably need replacing. The screen had no marks or scratches that I could see so was puzzled.

Low Ball
Easy to use and communicate however they completely low balled me with the offer. I refused to accept it and and eventually they added an extra 40 pounds after I asked for the phone returned. Was still tempted to say no but it saved a lot of hassle. They should be offering the best amount they can not just the bare minimum

Phone trade in
I sold my phone in excess of £200.
The phone is in excellent working condition. It as always being in a phone case and has always had a screen protector
The company contacted me by email to tell me that they had amended the description from being -Good to being Pretty good, the company then made me an offer of £85. I declined this offer and then they came back with another offer of £95. Along with the offer was a written statement relating to most people would accept the second offer.
From my perspective there was never any interest in this company paying £200 for my phone and therefore, the offer is not in good faith and is dishonest.
I would like to say that the customer service representative who contacted me Anjali was very polite and expeditious in returning my phone to me

Awful - avoid at all costs.
Awful, exploitive behaviour. High offer, cut by 50% in reality, far below price comparison comparable for a grade of phone 1 below where I believe it is, no route to decline other than messages, tried to make you give up and accept it, charged for a return. Awful business, avoid at all costs.
