The management of " Webuycars " can be so proud of these two gentlemen. They are professional, friendly, well spoken, know their profession and are just a pleasure doing business with. Just sold my car with We buy any car Wrexham. Had help from a really nice lady called Tilly, quick simple, easy process.

We are still waiting for We Buy Cars to rectify our issue. We write regular emails to them, however they fail to respond. They offer a return policy, however you cannot implement it as they don’t respond. Horrific service.

Good place for good cars with good prices

I bought my lovely yellow Hummer H3 2008 in Novemver 2020 at Midstream, Centurion. The Dekra report was sincere to the car conditions. It is still driving smoothly with no problems. I added more 20.000 km on it. The service was excellent, we had a good experience working with Mr.Naphtal . I will definitely buy my next car there again

WeBuyCars I bought a vehicle from we buy cars on 27 December 2021 for R 59 900, Port Elizabeth and we found a car that we really liked and the dekra report did not indicate any major issues. It did however give us description that there is a MINOR DEFECT on the gearbox, and that the function is not impaired. We also accepted the fact the the vehicle needed a service - which was completely fine with us. I drove the vehicle to work a few times, but after a couple of days, the gears slipped out of 4th gear and would only drive in 3rd gear. There was a warning on the dashboard that indicated the gearbox is faulty and needs to be checked out When we took the vehicle to be serviced and checked out, the service center put the vehicle on their computer and the report showed that there was significant problems with the gearbox and we obtained a quotation of R35 000 to have it fixed! I reported this on their website and someone called Marnus called us back. He sent me a WHATSAPP and directed me to their dekra report and said "helo please see dekra, the vehicle was bought on auction terms and conditions and unfortunately we will not assist with any cost related to the vehicle" I have been trying to call this gent, but he does not take my calls, I even tried to whatsapp him, but he refused to respond. Please be aware when dealing with this dealership, they refuse to assist in ANY way and at this stage, we cannot afford to fix the vehicle at this cost. Their "dekra" reports are misleading! Their staff (Mr Marnus) plainly refuses to make any contact with us. We were even willing to possibly take another vehicle and pay in to get a vehicle that we can actually drive.
We got feedback from We buy cars, that is our problem because we boughg the car on auction. The saleman actually recommeded that we buy the car on aution, he registered us at the dealership and put in a bid on his own laptop. Everthing is proberly on cctv.
