We ended up with a very small (2%) reduction in the initial offer due to some small hailstone indentations on the bonnet, but it was a good natured negotiation. I have no hesitation in recommending WBYC.

From initial start the process was carried out without any problems. An offer was made for the car straight away with photos being sent and information given to them. The technician arranged to collect the car, they came as arranged and a very thorough inspection was carried out along with a test drive. The offer was virtually the same as offered, a couple of hundred knocked off for paint issues that we had not noticed. The transfer of money was made there and then and we received it straight away. I would certainly recommend this company.
