Far better prices elsewhere!

Got a price on line for an absolute beautiful Mini of £6000, bearing in mind that the transaction fee and quick payment would have to be deducted, that was assuming they didn’t talk me down when there!!
Sell you car to Jack was slightly higher, but Carwow sold it for over £7760 !
No deductions and money was transferred after 2 minutes.

Great Experience

We had a great experience with the folks at the Columbus West location. Adam was wonderful to work with, and we received a very fair offer in line with KBB estimates. We'll definitely return to this location the next time we sell a car.

Absolute p***take

Absolute p***take, they bombard you with emails quoting a price so you take your car down and they slash the quoted price giving pathetic reasons to do so.

Spammed

Valued an older car with various scuffs online, described as honestly as could within the confines of an online valuation. Thought they might reduce price a bit but once seen valuation was just about halved.

After declining to sell they continued to spam me with emails and texts which I did not knowingly agree to but had to provide as part of the process.

Stopping the texts incurred a charge from my mobile provider despite there being no warning or alternative way offered and having inclusive texts and also failed to stop further texts arriving. Complained but there was a total lack of concern.

What a rip off this company it get an…

What a rip off this company it get an online price , ok you expect them to knock a bit off name of the game !!! Looks round the vehicle bearing in mind it's 13 years old to start with the guy in bicester wbac walks round couple of light scratches and a rust spot about the size of a fifty pence !!! Thats straight down to a category 5 ,,,, online quoted 1600 down to 650 then says the online price is for showroom condition !! Then if you want youre Change opps sorry cash any quicker than 4 days you can pay extra for it !!!!!!!!! Would never recommend

Well I have to say I was apprehensive…

Well I have to say I was apprehensive after hearing all the horror stories about WBAC when in fact it was not nightmare at all but it was a fab experience yes I had my original price knocked down BUT there is no way online to describe my vehicle, Sonny (Lichfield Branch ) was brilliant and I would be happy recommend this company they are fare with there prices and there no messing about around 20mins to value and once agreed my money was in my bank with in 1hr what more can I ask for

probably the worst experience of my…

probably the worst experience of my life with this so called national company ....... we said we needed £1500 for are Astra but they could offer £1295 after we were offered £1400 part ex when we picked up a new car .we had a phone call that same day saying we can offer u the £1500 but ADMIN fee was £60 we accepted after deciding not to part ex are car that day .The day after we went back to the Deeside branch to drop off the car after agreeing the price over the phone ....... The price had dropped back to £1295 the lad said TAKE IT O LEAVE IT after a lot of phone calls and emails they listened to the phone call and decided they were in the wrong and would pay us the difference of £146 and that took 2 weeks to reach are bank after more emails and phone calls .Don't ever sell your car too these @@@ next time id rather scrap mine be warned .......

Just conning the consumer

Tried to sell my car today at an agreed price, but when it came to payment they said a bank transfer would take 5 days or I could pay extra for a two day payment! Really what a con then rest of the world works on free BACS system in a few hours, just outrageous!

Took my wife's car for an assessment in…

Took my wife's car for an assessment in Scunthorpe. Apart from a minor scuffmark on two of the wheels, the vehicle is in a A1 condition. After the assessment I was told there were 5 stone chips on the bonnet and would have to reduce the price. I asked to see the stone chips but the chap could not point them out apart from a minor mark which I wiped off with my finger. I tried to be open minded but it would seem there is weight behind the tactics they use to buy your car for far less than the market value. I appreciate they are a business, and need to make money when they sell the cars on, but please play fair.

First class experience

We decided that we would give webuyanycar ago. After expecting an awful ordeal, my wife and myself were shocked at how good and easy the process was with the Camberley branch. It was a pleasant surprise to come across the first honest and friendly salesman we have ever met in Jordan. Due to Jordan I will always use webuyanycar camberley for any car sales in the future.

Russell - Wakefield Branch

Could not fault the service from Russell at the Wakefield Branch. Really friendly guy, rung me when I booked an appointment online to ask covid related questions and confirm documents I needed to take with me. Carried out relevant checks. Offered a decent price for the car. All sorted quickly and efficiently. Definatley recommend. Really impressed.

Sutton Coldfield branch - rubbish

Went to the Sutton Coldfield branch. Hidden in a storage unit. One woman and a desk. Not a proper branch at all. Quoted price online was nothing like the price offered in branch. Less than a quarter of the price in branch. Messed us around big time. We had to go back 3 times as they kept asking us for different things they hadn’t mentioned at the start.

Only use if you want to be messed around and ripped off.
