I participated in a class that was falsely advertised through misleading photos as interactive and was, in fact, an artisan presenting a poster and talking for an hour. When I reached out, the team was passive aggressive and unhelpful. I would not waste my money here.

We are sorry if you took our messages as passive-agressive, which it was not, as we were simply stating the previous information given before in our 3 other emails.
As said as well, customer feedback is important for us to discuss with the artisans in order to understand their constraints and make adjustments if necessary. Your feedback has been shared with our artisan directly, in order to have that feedback on his end as well.
The description and the written offer is what is happening at the workshop. After checking again, the pictures shown here are of the place, the artisan, and the tasting part of the workshop as well as the amount of chocolate you will go home with. You paid 25€ for this workshop, it was not a workshop to make your own chocolate but, as it's called "Découvrir la fabrication du chocolat".

I spent a really enjoyable afternoon learning how to make a bread basket from white willow alongside two lovely companions. Our instructor Matthieu was excellent: he demonstrated everything very clearly and lent an expert hand if we needed it. Materials and tools were provided, and the studio was light and airy. It was a wonderful experience. I learnt so much. I can't recommend this workshop highly enough.

Incredible workshop brewing beer with wecandoo! The brewer walked thru all the different steps and patiently taught us about everything that goes into making beer. Very insightful! After brewing my special IPA I now have to wait 6 weeks for the fermentation process after which I will get to come back and bottle my 30 liters of beer! So excited!

They are very happy to take your money, after that, customer service is extremely poor. I bought my husband the Turcoman flatbread workshop. If buying a gift, they ask you to give the receipient's email and a date from which they should start sending reminders to book your course - never happened. He tried to book 3 dates, all were rejected by the restaurant, with no indication of likely dates. The email telling him he couldn't have those dates had a link for gift recipients to follow to choose another experience...this link doesn't work! Frankly it smacks of a rip off

As explained at the time of booking, the workshop may be cancelled due to a lack of participants. In fact, each craftsman defines a minimum number of participants that enables him to remain profitable when he runs his workshop.
If you have any problems, contact us by e-mail and we'll help you. It's very easy to change workshop and enjoy yourself on our site.
