Three times I tried to order dog food listed on their website, then received a note 3-4 days later apologizing that the item was not in stock.
I do not understand why they would show it on their website if they do not have it, or why it would take 3-4 days to let me know.
In my opinion wecanimal is unreliable.
They charge your credit card then after a few days they send an email saying they don’t have the product.
A very bad way to conduct business.

If I can give 0 star I will definitely do that ! Scam ! We ordered two packs of cat food and one pack has problems and our cats couldn’t take it and they were throwing up eveyday ! So we asked for a refund and they give excuses like oh it’s after 14 days we cannot refund blah blah blah and then when I said in another email that I don’t need refund I need a compensation not refund because the food was not okay for the cats and I had to take them to the vet and they don’t reply anymore! Claudia Tempera ! Is the support worker who was working with our case and when I ask for compensations she doesn’t reply and I will not stop fighting for this ! My cats are my everything ! They had been eating this food royal canin since they were young and once I bought from them they started to have food intoxication system
