Amazing company.
Ordered something via Amazon that came destroyed by water due to courier company. I messaged them on the Friday stating the problem and first thing Monday morning a refund was issued. Would not hesitate ordering from them in the future.

Company refused to provide SDS for their apparently secret magical Toilet flush liquid, most likely in fear I'll steal the unique formula and start my own line. Product discarded, obviously won't consider ordering again. Not to mention 1907/2006 (REACH) Article 31, which says it's a requirement.

Everything delivered in perfect condition and as described, only took 2 days from order date to arrival via Evri Next day (free delivery)

Excellent service from we can source it Evri notified me goods were damaged and get in touch with my supplier rang we can source it and the lady was very helpful and resent my order I will ring them Monday with a bit of advice but was pleased with the company thanks much appreciated

Sounds like they cant even package a parcel.

Part of our order got mislaid by DPD but We Can Source It immediately replaced the missing items and arranged next day delivery - on a Saturday - at no extra cost.

Not used this company before but got to say I’m impressed. Based on this experience I would definitely order from them again.

Wow. Orders Monday and still no delivery on Friday. Called them up and spoke to a posh speaking lady that put the phone down on me saying I was rude. I was only asking about my delivery as my business needed them for the weekend. Bad customer service and very unreliable

Another great service super fast delivery of 1000 8hr tealight candles actually burn 9/10 hours great communication shopped with these regular since before lockdown thanks again 5 star company

Beware called customer service on 01245 248555 this number. At 14th march 2025 at 9:47am a lady picks up. Asked the order number and straight away acts bossy, interrupt you on all your conversation super-rude and finally hangs on you . The agents like we do 1000s of order every day and could be less bothered

Bought a very nice smelling biological washing powder. Tremendous value for money. Only the one wash but clothes are clean and smelling fresh. Took about 5 days for order to arrive which is pretty decent during the Christmas rush. Would definitely purchase from here again in future

While I did encounter an issue with the perforations on a batch of toilet rolls, customer service was responsive and willing to assist. ordered thru amazon some bain marie fuel,item never arrived,over a week since i placed the order,no replies thru amazon messaging.
its such a simple fix to either resend or refund.

Did Regularly Buy Source It 12 Packs Of Jumbo Toilet Rolls, However My Last Purchase Batch Was Of Inferior Quality To It's Normal Standard, In That The Rolls Did Not Have The Normal Tear Off Perforations. I Did Ring Source It Customer Services To Report This Unusual Issue, In The Hope That Any Purchases Would Be Of A Much Better Standard, As Even The Much Cheaper Brands Would Include, And Also So I Can Continue Purchasing The Source It Toilet Rolls Again Online. I ordered 5 bags of restaurant grade charcoal on the 18/06/24.They were delivered on the 19/06/24.They were £4 a bag cheaper than main supplier but I did have to buy 5 to get free carriage.What excellent service so will definitely try them in the future.

If only I could give this company zero stars. It is nothing but a scam. Every item I purchased was not delivered and every time I called customer service and their management team they laughed at me saying there was nothing they could do. Zero customer service and pure laziness.

The company does not appreciate that the packaging of 25kg bags of tablet salt is not tough enough to survive handling by a courier. I also don't know why I did not receive all of my order in one delivery. My experience was:

17.4.2024. Ordered 10 25kg bags of tablet salt.
18.4.2024. 4 bags received. Emailed to ask when the rest were coming.
19.4.2024. My email was read.
19.4.2024. One further bag was deliverd.
23.4.2024. Emailed again as I had heard nothing.
25.4.2024. Four bags were delivered, all of them slightly ripped at the ends with salt starting to spill out. One had even been patched up with tape.
26.4.2024. Emailed to ask when the remaining bag would be delivered.
26.4.2024. Received email saying the remaining bag was not delivered as it was damaged, and that another would be sent.
29.4.2024. Received final bag, enclosed in a thin plastic outer bag that was too weak.

Great products and quick delivery have been using for a year now and will continue.
