Brilliant service - polite, helpful, efficient and a fair price

Our removal team were fantastic, hard working and professional. Moved to a fifth floor Flat with a small lift and access problems and they still managed to get everything done.

I have used WeCare twice recently, and both times they have been superb - punctual, polite, careful, hard working. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

hired for a big house move from the North to the West Midlands. communication was good although we did have to go back and forth a lot around the size of van needed due to how much stuff we had to move. in the end we got there and the guys that came to do the job were brilliant, they neede no supervision and just cracked on and got the job done. they were respectful, professional and polite and on time! I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. in fact i am probably going to book them again in september.

I was kept updated with times and called 15 mins before the van arrived.
Driver was friendly, helpful, polite and worked hard respecting and taking great care of my personal belongings.

Our original moving company did not show up on the morning of our move day. We found out about WeCare later that afternoon and after contacting them they had, within 1h, booked 2 movers for us the next day! The movers were super helpful and moved 19 boxes out of my flat in 15 min!! The movers were professional and efficient and all direct communication through Louis at WeCare was great. He was friendly, understanding and easy to get in contact with by text message. He kept us up to date and well informed. I would definitely recommend WeCare! 👌

Great moving team. The 2 guys were quick, efficient, careful, really hard working & polite. I have a very long corridor of over 100 metres so it was a hard job, but they made it seem easy. I would definitely recommend to others using this company.

Moved a piano and plants to 2 different locations. Communication excellent, arrived promptly. Took great care. Wrapped piano well, used correct equipment and stowed in van securely. Very polite & professional two man team. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
