Money grabbers

This company calls my elderly father 3 times daily. I have, myself spoken to them and told them that he is not interested. It just won’t stop. 😡

As many have said already

As many have said already, been trying to ring but getting "voicemail box full" message. I have spent hundreds of pounds over a few years thinking I was just a phone call away from getting my washer working if it broke down and now it has it has, I cant get through to anyone. I will give it one more day then I'll have to buy a new one and live with the fact that I have been scammed!

WeCareRepair no replies

I tried to contact WeCareRepair today 2/3/2024 and found their contact number says voicemail box full so sent an email to info@wecarerepair but no response. I tried their website and it came up as out of date for 40 days so it looks like they are not in business anymore yet I have a contract with them so not sure what to do now.

Had my money - no response to calls

Have been trying to contact Wecarerepair since last Friday, FOUR DAYS. Nothing. Could not leave a voicemail as the voicemail box was full. Have emailed, no response. Took out the policy last February. So disappointed as desperately needed my washing machine fixed.

Once again received a call to say my…

Once again received a call to say my policy had expired
I do not have a policy with them as the service was dreadful. Had to wait for the repair it has never been tight since. The operative who contacted me got quite argumentative when I said I did not have a policy said he could quote my first and last numbers of my credit card. I found this frightening he then said he would contact his accounts department to question referral. When he phoned back said it had been a mistake be warned of this in my view sharp practice.the only reason I gave one star is that the screen would not let me move on until I had completed the section. The operative did say he would call back true to his word he did but with the same old spin

Complete scam

Complete scam, prey on old people who don’t know otherwise and sell policies which they will not honour. Avoid.

Home appliance insurance scammers

It’s the same old scammers who pretend to provide insurance for household appliances. They just keep changing name and ripping elderly people off. They don’t even bother to change the amount of money to make it less obvious it’s the same people.

Beware before you buy

Last year I got a call from We Care Repair to say my Miele washing machine warranty had expired and that I could extend it for a further 3 years for £195 (£65PA). Quite reasonable I thought so I bought it! Anyway it transpired that my wife had taken out the Miele 10 year warranty with Miele themselves so I called We Care back and they said they'd made a mistake it was my dishwasher (which had expired) some years ago and I could transfer the cover to that, which I did. I should have been on alert but for some reason I wasn't!

Anyway today I got a call from them to say the warranty I had with them for my television had run out and did I want to renew it for £195 for 3 years. Strange that it's the same price as a washing machine. I've never bought a warranty for my televisions and certainly not from them. So I said I'd get my documents out and they could call me back which they said the would, so far silence.
I've looked them up on the Companies House website and it looks like a company built on sand to me.
I'd be very suspicious about this company.

What more can I say

What more can I say, fantastic company! Well worthy of a five star review.

I took out a three year plan on my Miele Washing Machine, after nine months my machine broke down beyond repair so they replaced my machine with a brand new one which arrived within two days!

Well recommended.

Usual Washing Machine Warranty Scammers.

Usual nonsense cold call from E**a telling me my Washing Machine Warranty had expired but she could do me the old pony ‘fantastic deal’ on a three year insurance plan and assuring me of excellent support. Give her praise for battling it out trying to convince me that the machine was worth money for the insurance until I told her she had called a business address that had never ever had any machine on the premises. Maybe I should have scammed her back, took out a years warranty and then installed a broken machine and claimed for a new one..... trouble is, I’m not a scammer.
Make up your own minds who is the trickster but a simple Google Search of their Company Name and Reviews will quickly convince you better than I.
