Blatant lies, Discrediting Customer and take your business elsewhere

This review will be posted on various websites to show the disgusting behavior of Bjorn Kunz, Alex Kunz of Glashaus, Inc, all because of a defective lid that broke after my husband was removing jars, from original box, prior to use. I simply tried to contact them for a replacement lid, and I am told by Alex Kunz, to take my business elsewhere on 7/23/25. I will firmly bring to the attention, Aurelius Group, after Bjorn Kunz blatantly lies to the BBB of Illinois, and then tries to discredit me as a customer of 20 years. Is this the behavior of a representative of how a company is run? Of how they treat customers, and tell them, take your business elsewhere, all because I asked to have a defective lid replaced? I filed a complaint/grievance with BBB of Illinois because Bjorn Kunz said on 7/25/25 the defective lid would be replaced. Nobody from Glashaus, Inc. contacted me regarding the shipping or tracking of the lid. On 8/18/25, I receive Glashaus, Inc/Bjorn Kunz response from BBB, where Bjorn Kunz tries to discredit me as a customer, he lies that take your business elsewhere was never said. Re-read the emails. It was said on 7/23/25 by Alex Kunz. On 7/25/25, Bjorn Kunz says, I don't know what the problem is? I had to point out to you, that treating customers like this is totally unacceptable. Where do you get off discrediting customers that make it possible for you to have a job? I have purchased these jars longer than you have worked at Glashaus, Inc. did you not read the email on 7/28/25? I also said I go out of my way to purchase these jars at various locations; Williams Sonoma, Weck, Crate & Barrel, recently online etc. I still have my receipts, Yes, I save everything. Do I need to provide the receipts to show that I’m actually a customer, no I don’t. Your insults, your lies, discrediting customer history, Absolutely disgusting! I will not be buying from Glashaus, Inc. again, You are simply a middleman in the mix of a larger business, Aurelius Group. Aurelius Group will know exactly how you are treating your customers, trust me, they will know.
