Don't do it

Don't do it. Thought I'd invest a bit more instead of buying drugstore dye. Bought light brown, my hair turned out black (they do warn you it could turn out a bit darker, that's why I ordered light brown. It's not a bit darker, it's black).
I complained via mail, no reply. After I commented on Insta, I was told to write an Insta message where I wasted a fair amount of time with a bot. One week after my initial complaint, no reply, no compensation for the hair colour I bought and I will have to see a hair dresser to get the black pigments out as well.

Terrible customer service, products not great

Do not count on good customer service, even if you have been a loyal customer for years. The products are semi-ok, but certainly not top quality.
An update: wecolour saw my review, and sent a reply saying that it was annoying that I am so angry that my order could not be sent "earlier". No, the point is that it was not sent as agreed and stated in written form. Further, they used their reply to my legitimate complaint to advertise their Black Friday sale. Just wow. If their products were superier, I could almost accept it, but this is not the case. Sorry, Wecolour, how ingracious. Bye!

What my colleague meant is that it's very unpleasant for you that your order couldn't be sent earlier because that's how our system works, she did 't mean that it's annoying that you're not satisfied, or you being annoying. A subscription is debited automatically and processing takes a few days, we never know how many days it takes to process. Because of this, we cannot give an exact shipping date in advance. Your payment was processed yesterday and your order will go out today. Hopefully you'll have it in soon then. My apologies for the inconvenience and confusion. Kind regards Paulien
