I Love this machine. I Love that there are groups that help us. Best machine ever

Just getting started learning how to use the machine and the software, so far I am impressed with the machines cutting ability as well as engraving capabilities

I purchase a Wecreat 45watt laser and have had it 8 months and just started using it. The wire harness frayed with only 10 hours on the machine. It comes with a back up wire harness, the first sign of issues, I replaced it as it was instructed. It is binding up and has already started to fray just by moving it by hand. Poor design, it does engrave nice but now doesn’t work.

I bought a Vision Pro towards the end of 2025. The company failed to notify me that the fume machine I purchased was on back order. It would be another 2 weeks before I received it. The company gave me a lousy year subscription to their pitiful laser projects you can use in the software. Before the end of January 2026 my laser had failed. They made me pay to send it in for a replacement. Now I’m out a laser until I get a replacement and a month out from starting my business. Customer service are like drones with no life and could seemingly care less about you. I would not buy from again.

I love the machine, but it has it quirks. Support is spotty. Machine will no longer auto-focus, even though I have followed all the troubleshooting options. Website is not easy to buy replacement cables. Bought the upgraded rotary, no instructions on how to re-work the original to make it fit correctly, and now it does not fit all the glasses I have.

Cut's very well - just as advertised

Everything arrived in mint condition extremely well packaged. I got an excellent excellent price and I’ve been using the laser cutter as often as I can.

I haven't received the product yet, but the pre-sales service has been excellent so far. I received prompt and helpful responses to all my inquiries, which gave me the confidence to place an order. I am currently waiting for the shipment. I will, of course, update this review based on whether the product arrives on time and meets the promised quality.
update 1: nope. they are not even close to follow what they indicate on their website. 3 to 5 business days they say but it is already 5 working days and the parcel even didn't move yet.

This unit and software are very intuitive. It's been a seamless transition from my prior laser.

Awesome machine

Purchased 40W Vision for personal use. Bought the Super Package. Was missing the auto feed. Contacted Customer Service and they are amazing. I am new to this whole laser world, but I think I have found my new hobby. I am in love with my laser!!! Software is easy, I would highly recommend it!!!

I ordered a Vision 20 package plus an accessory, and the accessory was temporarily out of stock. WeCreat support responded to my query with an updated status very quickly.

Ordered the vision pro bundle. It arrived in several separate boxes during the holiday season. I surprised my husband with it and he is so excited to have it and eager to learn how to create wonderful things and future gifts. He was so excited about the various components that came in the bundle and how we did not have to order them separately.

Very good machine and support. I did have an issue that was resolved very quickly and pleasantly. I have about three years of experience coming into using my Vision 40W and by far this is the best machine and service I have received. The projects I am doing is exceeding my expectations
