I had my son 11 months ago and have lost a lot of confidence in my appearance through post-partum and breastfeeding. And Julie gave me so much encouragement and was such a cheerleader. She took her time with us and listened to my preferences and gave me dresses to try that I wouldn’t have picked for myself which I loved. I found my dream dress amongst the vast collection and was made to feel really special. Thank you Julie!

Our experience was incredible, This was my first time trying on dresses.
We had macie who was so informative and so warming .she knew exactly what I wanted and after a few dresses I said Yes to the dress. The whole process was fun,smooth,relaxed and so much fun. Nicola was also really good and made the experience so smooth

As an anxious bride to be, the staff made me feel so relaxed. Nothing was to much trouble for them, they took all my ideas on board and adapted my style to exactly what I wanted. The staff are amazing at the shop in Liverpool

Wow today was fantastic.. we had to wait on a short virtual queue as there were couple of brides before us but that gave us a chance to grab lunch.
Everyone was absolutely amazing and it was so sweet that they let my little girls try all the flower girl dresses.. she looked stunning

I had Julie helping me. She was so lovely and so knowledgeable.. absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease as a plus size girl(after kids) we picked absolutely gorgeous sparkly princess dress. It just heals my inner child… I felt beautiful and so confident. The dress is I think Deia A line style.. omg.. the sparkles.. the corset.. the flowers… and then my daughter had matching dress to mine.

Over all absolutely worth the visit :) the staff among. The choice of dresses amazing and you get to take your dress home. I need to do a small alteration locally to me as we’re in a rush with the wedding approaching but it’s totally worth it

Made me feel relaxed as was nervous my very 1st time & o got the dress i wanted

From the moment I walked in Nicola and Macy were incredible. They were patient caring warm and my biggest cheerleaders when trying dresses on which was incredible. The day as a whole was very special and I cannot thank the girls from Liverpool enough, I found my dream dress thank you to them! The shop was beautiful and easy to find as well, will be taking my little girl there to find her flower girl dress 🥰

From start to finish we couldn’t fault the team here! Julie made me feel so comfortable as i had zero clue what i wanted for my big day, but i left with one of the most beautiful dresses thanks to her! Absolutely amazing service and feedback, highly recommend ☺️

If you want a special experience dont go here. The lady who greated us was lovley and we didnt have to wait long but that was it for thevpositives. I visited Wed2B recently and unfortunately my experience wasn’t what I had hoped for. Even after explaining how nervous I was, my dress assistant made me feel rushed and pressured throughout the appointment. She selected several dresses that didn’t match what I had asked for, and I felt that if she had asked the right questions and really listened to what I wanted, I would have been given more suitable options.

I mentioned clearly that I didn’t want sleeves, yet every dress brought to me had straps or sleeves. Because I was already feeling overwhelmed, I didn’t feel confident enough to speak up, which only added to the pressure.

I also left the store having unknowingly purchased a dressing gown that I wasn’t told I was buying. This was upsetting and made the experience feel more sales-focused than supportive.

While I did buy a dress in the end, it was only the nicest of what I had tried on — but I wasn’t given much variety to choose from. The whole appointment felt like being on a conveyor belt, with constant questions like “Is this the dress?”, “Are you saying yes to this one?”, and “Is this the best out of what you’ve tried on?” instead of allowing me the time and space to explore what I liked.

Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this store to other future brides. Buying a wedding dress should feel special and personal, but my experience felt rushed, pressured, and not truly focused on my preferences. I pretended to my girls who came with me that i was having a great time but really I wasn't and later when I was on my own, I got very upset about this.

Loved the dress I purchased but the overall experience wasn’t something I thought it would be. We was there for around 2 hours and wasn’t officered a drink of water etc. when purchasing the dress we didn’t receive any Prosecco or anything for the happy moment. When I have heard about other people experiences else where it was intimate and really special. I didn’t have that experience but the staff was lovely.

So I attendee the Liverpool store with a bride and found the experience appalling. Firstly there was a young assistant who was obviously a little nervous and new, who if left alone to do the job would have been great. However, there was another lady with her who I assume was the manager (short dark bobbed hair). On arrival we looked at the dresses hanging up and were told to sit down, we weren't allowed to do that. Our bride showed a picture of a dress she liked and the staff picked dresses. She didn't even get the option to look and pick herself! She tried 4 on and on the last one which she really liked, was asked "is this your dress?" her response, baring in mind, this was the first even time she'd done this, said " I think so", to which an abrupt assistant (again assuming this was the manager) said " no we need a definite yes!" Sorry what?? No you didn't. No budget was asked and no prices of the dresses were given prior to trying. Our bride wanted to speak to her dad , and was asked " are you going to phone him now then?" wow pushy or what. For a first experience for this bride, I can only say it's put her off doing it again. Spoilt her experience of finding that perfect dress. If you want to be bullied in to a dress then go here.

I've only given a 2 in respect of the young girl otherwise it would have been the lowest!

I had such a fab experience at the Liverpool store. Abby was amazing at picking the dresses right for me. I ended up picking a dress that I wasn't expecting. I am so happy with my dress, can't wait to wear it!

Lovely friendly staff, beautiful dresses, made me feel super comfortable and left with my dream dress

I had to chase up when the dresses were ready for collection and when I did they said they had sent an email which I had not received not even in my junk email.
The next day I had a call from the store reminding me the dresses were ready for collection but this was the first time they called and I had spoken to them the impervious day by me contacting customer services.
I understand mistakes can happen but I felt the pressure after that call and didn’t realise I would have to pay extra for the dress bags and hangers.

I honestly had an incredible time at Wed2b Liverpool! I was with Julie and she was so kind a patient with me! I left with my dress, veil, and all my accessories and could not be happier 🤍 I would recommend wed2b to anyone, and Julie is amazing 🤍 thanks so much again 🤍

Waited just over an hour which was fine but a couple of the staff were quiet rude,A bridesmaids party who arrived after myself and my friends were taken through and seen to before us, Not the experience I was expecting but did manage to pick a beautiful dress.
