I had the most amazing experience yesterday, I had Sofia helping me and she was incredible, so calming, kind and knew what she was talking about. She wasn’t pushy at all and I didn’t feel rushed or forced to buy anything I didn’t want.
I ended up trying on dresses of every shape and fell in love with a shape I never thought I would, I felt so beautiful and Sofia was really complimentary and really boosted my confidence and self esteem. Thank you so much for helping me but my dream wedding dress, I can’t wait to see my fiancés face when he sees me walking down the aisle 🩵

I went to the Surbiton branch and the experience was good in many ways. Help selecting dresses, styles etc. The wait was very long as there were only 2 staff. The dress I selected came up small and I was tempted to go elsewhere, the saleswomen convinced me it could be altered and gave me the numbers of their recommended alters. The woman I went to stated that it was going to be extremely difficult to make it fit and very expensive. In the end she is so good that I do have a dress that fits! At a large cost. Just a small warning that it is a hard sell for you to leave with a dress and they can be very convincing. Make sure it fits! As a small detail, to be charged for the box and hanger seems greedy too! I would go to a proper wedding boutique if you can afford to.

As a bride, I honestly did not have a good experience.

The first time I visited, everything went well. I was able to try on different dresses, and I left because I needed some time to think and make my decision.

However, when I came back for my second appointment, I was not allowed to try on the dresses I had previously liked. I was repeatedly told that I had already tried them on before. Instead, I felt pushed toward choosing another dress, and there was a lot of pressure on me to buy it immediately.

I did not appreciate feeling rushed into such an important decision. Choosing a wedding dress should be a special and enjoyable experience, and unfortunately, that was not the experience I had.

I needed to order a new sized dress for one of my bridesmaids that recently fell pregnant and Wed2b were so accommodating and helpful during this process. Every staff member that I have spoken to has been friendly and so willing to help, wonderful customer service both in store and on the phone.

The ladies are lovely and friendly, very helpful. I went in with no idea and they worked hard to find my perfect dress. After trying on 5 dresses we found the perfect one that as soon as it was on I felt overwhelmed. We found the perfect accessories as well. Was a lovely experience

I came in to try on a range of dresses, and my bridal consultant was absolutely lovely. She made me feel at ease from the start and really helped me explore styles I might not have considered otherwise. Her guidance was thoughtful and never pushy & you could tell she genuinely cared about helping me find the right dress.

Although I haven’t made a final decision yet as I’d like a bit more time, Josie left a truly positive impression on me.

Zoe made my experience unforgettable at Wed2be! She made me feel so calm and talked me through the different styles but she also made me feel really special in every gown and included my mum and niece in the experience. I walked away with my dream dress and couldn’t be happier! The manager at the front desk was also so helpful and kind. Would 100% recommend this shop and the dresses were amazing quality!

Zoe made my experience so calm and stress free, I started to feel overwhelmed by the experience and she broke it down to thinking about what I liked about each dress. She made me feel so comfortable and matched my vibe

From the moment I walked in the girls were warm and welcoming. I was very upfront about what I was looking for based on the website and they started looking around for those dresses. I tried on a few and gave some feedback, along with feedback from past dresses at different bridal shops. Leila was incredible with the notes I gave and pulled a dress I hadn’t listed. Lo and behold I said yes to that dress and it was well within my budget (unlike other shops where they find a great dress that’s *just* outside). Thank you to the team for the beautiful dress 🤍

It was really great experience and Leyla (i hope that’s her correct spelling, if not i’m sorry) she managed to give me the right dress from start, she’s brilliant and knows her job!

Amazing! After ‘chasing the dress’ in a smaller size. We went from Brighton to surbiton store. Zoe was amazing and I said yes to the dress.

I cannot emphasise enough how welcoming, patient and lovely Vanessa was and how comfortable she made the whole experience for me! All of the ladies in the shop were so lovely and enthusiastic. I’m so so glad I came in and even more glad I left with THE dress! Thank you all so much!

Josie made my experience feel comfortable and special.

I had my dress fitting yesterday and as soon as I walked in the whole period of time I felt so at ease. Everyone was informative, it was a busy Saturday. I was last to be seen by zoe and she was just amazing from the consultation to the fittings. She listened to me, I highly recommend her if your needing someone to put you at ease at a stressful time. Thank you zoe & team. ❤️

All the girls in the shop were so lovely and welcoming. I felt super comfortable. Sarah styled me and she was so amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She was very helpful , and knew exactly what she was doing! I am very happy with my experience! I Found my dream dress and I cannot wait to wear it on my special day! X

I had a great experience at wed2b, trying on multiple dresses and ultimately buying my wedding dress. I went on a weekday when it was nice and quiet, as I can imagine that weekends get much busier. I was looked after by Vanessa, who asked the right kind of questions to narrow down the selection of dresses and guide my choice. Thank you!

Sarah the first consultant was fantastic. She knew her job well. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to the Wed2Be Surbiton store twice and had a great experience. I had to bring my baby with me today and both Zoe and Vanessa were so helpful at helping me with the dress I wanted to try again but also helping me look after my 4 month old! They made me feel so at ease with everything and didnt put pressure on me. They even managed to find my dream dress in the right size at a different store so I could buy it straight away. Thanks so much!

I had a lovely experience at WED2B. Zoe made the whole time feel calm and relaxed, and she was incredibly kind throughout. All the staff were so supportive and really helped boost my confidence, which meant so much to me. I had visited another boutique just before coming to WED2B, and I can honestly say this was a far more pleasant experience. Thank you to the whole team — especially Zoe — for making it so special.

I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant than Amber! She was very professional but personable. Amber listened to what I asked for and bought out the first dress to try on which with a few tweaks ended up being ‘the’ dress!
