I visited wed2b with my dress and shoes already in hand and wanting to purchase a veil. The staff were extremely accommodating and found the perfect veil straight away. They listened and knew exactly what I wanted. I even left with a tiara which completed my vegas look! Massive thanks to the staff at wed2b Manchester x

Arrived at the store, was greeted by staff. They took my name and asked details. I showed them pictures of dresses I had seen but said I was open to suggestions.
Ocean was the staff member who helped me and I feel she went above and beyond excellent customer service! A real credit to your store

Harmony at Wed2b in the Arndale Centre was absolutely lovely! She didn’t overwhelm me with choices, she found my ideal and perfect dress. No pressure sales pitch and wonderful few hours trying on dresses. Walked out the shop with my lovely dress. Thank you Harmony!

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They didn't mind me changing my mind frequently. Lydia perservered until I was happy.

I had a really positive experience at Wed2B. The team were professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived.

Kelis, the consultant who helped me throughout my visit, was absolutely fantastic. She started by asking me a couple of questions and getting to know a bit more about me and the wedding. She then used that information to pick me out a dress that I immediately fell in love with - and actually turned out to be my dream dress.

Even though I loved that first dress, Kelis didn’t stop there. She continued bringing out different options and styles for me to try so I could be completely sure, and she supported me the whole way through. She was incredibly friendly and personable, as well as very knowledgeable, and I felt completely comfortable and looked after throughout.

I spent quite a while in the store, but I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. The whole experience felt relaxed, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Wed2B to anyone looking for a friendly and professional bridal shopping experience.

Had a lovely experience at wed2b Manchester, I said yes to the dress.. Louise from wed2b helped me find the right dress for me, she gave me so many options and different styles… she was so polite and helpful

I called into the store to see a specific dress that I have been obsessing over for a while. Harmony checked and confirmed it was old stock and not available. We then had a walk around and a quick look at similar dresses. She really knew her stuff and pulled 2 that were beautiful. However, I then noticed one on a mannequin that I was going to ignore (from the side, it just didn't look like my style) which was STUNNING. Harmony chose that particular dress for me to try on first and I fell in love with it. I didn't even try the others on. However...my mum, sister and daughter were not with me and I desperately wanted them to have that experience, so between us we came up with a plan. I bought the dress and left it with the girls in the shop and went back with everyone in tow a few days later. It was like I had never been there (deliberately). They really made the experience for everyone else - Ocean greeted me and asked me to 'fill in personal details'. She asked if there was any dress in particular I wanted to try on. We went to the changing rooms and she talked me through underskirts and how the process of trying on would work. The whole second try on was just as incredible as the first. I even had to 'pay' once I'd decided on the dress. Honestly, the whole team were incredible - and apparently it was first for them having to pretend to sell a dress :D I would highly recommend. They were fantastic.

I bought a dress, a skirt, veil, hanger and 2 boxes so that they wouldn't crease up. I know there have been some complaints over add ons, but seriously...I am planning on buying one wedding dress in my whole life so don't understand why are there so many complaints over £5 add ons that the professional recommend?

Shopping for the dress is a nerve recking thing, it was for me anyway. But the staff at wed2be Manchester were amazing! They put me right at ease especially the lovely Elle, she was lovely and knew everything about each dress she brought out to me. She really made my experience special, I can’t thank her enough and she helped me find my perfect dress. I would highly recommend Wed2be.

Kelis was fantastic - she made me feel instantly comfortable and excited to try on the dresses. I bought my dress on the same day after having such a brilliant experience!

It was a very rushed and transactional time.
I manage a large business in the Lake District and would be mortified if my staff members made my guests feel this way. I didn't feel special at all and paid for the privilege... I was told by friends and family not to go to wed2b for this reason and they were 100% correct

We have just visited the Manchester branch and have bought the most beautiful wedding dress! The selection is great and the care and attention of the staff is second to none. I would like to thank Chloe specifically for all her advice, patience and care, she was incredible at helping my daughter choose the perfect dress. I can highly recommend Wed2B! Thank you!!

Gemma who served us was brilliant, she made my granddaughter who is 8 years old so comfortable, she allowed her to try 3 different dresses on and made us feel very welcome too .

I ended up buying my dress! I actually didn't know what I wanted and in the end I asked the girl I think her name was Jess, to choose one that she thinks is nice and she ended up bringing me the dress I fell in love with!
