The most comprehensive, detailed yet simple enough training I participated in. There was an array of training material including video recordings, printed material and live sessions. I am a planner and coordinator and wanted to add styling to my services so decided to enrol on the styling course the wedding academy provide and it was the best decision. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and I have learnt so much. I am now putting all my learnings into practice and launching my new service in a few weeks. I am excited to see where the results of the course takes me in my future.

I started the Certificate in Wedding Planning course in 2022 and although I had a couple of setbacks, I could complete the course in December 2024 just before Christmas! The team and the Facebook group are supportive and encouraging, the information is helpful and helps you to understand the different aspects of being a wedding planner and the roles that come it.

I rarely write reviews or complain but when I feel strongly enough about something I do. I applied for the floral design course, very disappointing material, lots of 1 or 2 minute videos which are meant to teach you different aspects of floral design, and many of the videos I had seen in a previous course. They charge around £500 which I felt was unreasonable after looking at the material. When I requested a refund within the 7 day ‘money back guarantee’ period they stated they would refund minus an admin fee, which according to their Ts and Cs is £75. Well I find this amount disgusting. And to top it off I still haven’t received any kind of refund 16 days later despite contacting them to chase this, and they are charging me an admin fee to process this refund. So disappointing as other courses were good.

I joined the 2020 Launchpad for the Certificate In Wedding Planning, Styling & Business. The course is set up in a logical way; it allows you to go back and reflect as needed while moving forward. The live sessions were a valuable addition. I definitely recommend!
