I was very nervous ordering this especially when it came to the crystals. i wasn't sure how they would be arrange and questioned if i would like the arrangement. but it came out beautifully. and looked even better on my wedding cake. thank you very much. was nervous about it arriving in time but it did.

I liked my "D" however I felt that there could have been better crystal placement and maybe a few more that could have been added.

This was precisely the cake topper that my daughter wanted, and we were very happy with it.

Craftsmanship of wood work was great, no complaints on that, however I chose a black painted letter and gold metallic sharpies
Big mistake! The pen did not show up very well at all on the black paint on my guest book
Realized this the day of event once guests tried to sign it..
Wish I had done more research on this issue or asked the shop owner for suggestions or had a back up plan/pen option to avoid this disappointment.

The wedding topper I ordered was perfect. It looked exactly like what was pictured on the website and I couldn't have been happier. The crystals were perfectly placed and I look forward to displaying it in a shadow box.

I had an issue with my product being damaged upon arrival, when I contacted the shop they reassured me they were going to take care of me and they did! The customer service was excellent and vocal, the time it took to get a replacement product was SO fast! All and all it could have been a MUCH worse experience for me but it was the complete opposite! I would definitely have items made by "Wedding Cuts" again! I really appreciate everything they did for me to make sure I only had perfection in my wedding! Thanks again everyone!
