I was somewhat worried about needing to buy a hat for a September wedding without visiting lots of shops but I found the perfect shape and colour on Wedding Hats 4U, The hat arrived quickly, very well packed and protected and looked even better than it did on the website.

Our returns policy and UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations) both provide the timelimit of 14 days for a refund once an item is returned. This is the standard clearly set out in the law and reflected in our returns policy and communicated on our website and on our returns forms. Your refund was within this 14 day timelimit. Therefore we feel that this 3-star review is extremely unfair. Please consider revising it as it could unfairly impact our small family business.
