Since my original review, I have had numerous emails back and forth with the company and forwarded the 3 emails I sent and one of two photos sent, so that they could see them. Not a lot I can do about their IT service.
I ordered 4 pillar candles which arrived in time for Christmas. Unfortunately the bases were quite bashed around as the packaging just wasn't strong enough to protect them. This was the first time I've used this company and I definitely would not order from them again. Despite emailing them 3 times and sending photos too, I've been totally ignored. They appear to be just not interested when things are damaged.

Shocking...
I have been looking to purchase a life size collection of white roses. I ordered from this company and received a tiny tiny posy - and it was delivered to the wrong person. It took weeks to get in communication, I could find no phone number and you can only instigate a return via company permission. In the end I am told I paid .40p for the post and paid £6.00 plus for postage and I could not return anything. I am furious.
