The price is a rip-off
We contacted Wedel installation to fix two electric switches in the house. The service was fast. After the call, he stopped by to look at what needs to be done (as our house was on his way to another job). It took less than 5 minutes and we arranged another time for him to come back and actually carry out the job. The second visit was less than 30 minutes. However, we received an invoice for 2 hours of service and the spare part was charged twice of the market price. I contacted him to make sure if there is any misunderstandings but after day of waiting, i got an answer that we must pay the bill as it is. I wouldn't use this company again or recommend it, after feeling ripped off, and if you have to use their service, do take caution to get a very detailed price offer before proceed to anything ( I regret I didn’t do so because I thought what we needed were very standard jobs).
