After selling my car through Motorway, collection of it was arranged by Wedelivercars.

On the day of collection I was contacted by Abid who was dealing with me. He was polite, friendly and calm. From the inspection of the vehicle to the process of payment, Abid kept me updated and informed which was reassuring.

Overall a very good experience with this company, especially Abid.

Excellent service, Abid was very helpful throughout, the process was quick and simple and very friendly.
He has a long drive ahead of him in rush hour.

Abid came at the agreed time. He was polite and friendly. He spent a while taking photos of the car and fully inspecting it, then we went for a test drive, very calm and sensible. When we returned, he sent his report to the dealership and within 20 mins, the payment in full was received.

We had mark richardson collect our car few days ago. He was very polite, knowledgable and kept us informed every step of the way. He did excellent job

Great experience, got choice of collection dates, phone call from office updated with text and emails. On the morning of collection Mark Richardson got in touch to tell me when he was due to arrive. On arrival he was a lovely gentleman , talked through the procedure and within 30 minutes money transferred and car on it's way. Would use both Motorway.co.uk and We Deliver Cars.co.uk again.

Abid kept me informed of his arrival time and dealt with the sale of my car professionally and quickly. He was also polite and friendly.

Absolutely diabolical. We sold a car through Motorway. Arranged for the collection the day after we purchased a new car to tie in with timings - due not only limitations in terms of having both the new and old car on the drive, but the car sale was to fund the new car purchase.

After sitting in all day awaiting collection, they didn't turn up and then phoned at the end of the day telling us they couldn't make it today, "sorry".

Then they couldn't give me a date when they could collect and said it would be another whole day we would have to wait in, because they can't give a specific time slot either.

To exacerbate the situation this was on a Friday so I am stuck in this position for at least a further 2 days over the weekend.

The person who called up to tell us this was neither apologetic nor helpful.

Shameful.

Abid was charming and friendly. He dealt with the inspection of the vehicle and the paperwork efficiently. The funds were transferred promptly. An excellent service! Thank you.

Mark Richardson arrived on time and displayed a very professional manner whilst explaining all aspects of the transaction.
I would highly recommend this Company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Right then where to start, contacted motorway.co.uk to sell, sold, now ready to be picked up, this is where it went drastically wrong, WEDELIVERCARS, lost a car to buy because failed pick up, also a months tax plus a holiday day, that was the first one, second time, waiting and waiting 6 days for a time slot to pick up,rang them 1645 no answer, remember closes at 1700, sent email, asking when is my time slot, not forgetting it was to be picked up following day,Friday, answered that within 5 mins, so someone was there, sorry but can't make the pick up, so, another car was getting put off to buy, deler said sorry, can't hold on to it, he had another buyer, I dont blame him, I blame , yes, wedelivercars, sorry sorry sorry, doesn't get my car sold and picked up, sorry doesn't let me buy another car, sorry doesn't get my tax back sorry doesn't give me my valued holiday days back. I also see they haven't answered the other 1 star review, let's see them answer this one.

Really poor. I received an email at 5pm the day before my car was due to be collected and sold with We Deliver Cars (on behalf of motorway) saying that they had to cancel and rearrange the collection.

They offered a date 5 days later than the original collection which no longer worked as we were planning a move abroad and it was cutting it too close and I didn't trust them now to actually show up. I now have to arrange the sale of my car elsewhere, a week before we move abroad for likely a great deal less money.

Francis was a little late getting to us, but he sorted the business side out and was very professional and a very nice man. And are very pleased it all went so well.

Don’t bother working for these clowns, sell you the dream making £600 a week, you’re lucky to make £300 a week, £200 of that will go on weekly expenses. They do not pay back your expenses, they pick and choose and leave you out of pocket. Management is a joke, don’t care about you just want their cars delivered. £200 deposit taken from your wages they give half of this back when you leave. Ellie, Jacob, Jamie, Kyle, Ash & Jake. If you deal with any of these people they just tell you want you want to hear. Steer well clear of this company!

Worse customer service iv ever experienced. Avoid these guys at all costs! Were meant to pick up my car through Motorway for delivery. They cancelled twice after 6pm at night, by a text message. No phone call, no apology. Had prebooked time off work on both occasions and feel very messed around. Very unreliable, do not go with them.

Abid arrived and made himself known well within the timeframe quoted. He explained and signposted at each stage of the process so I knew exactly what was happening and when it was happening. Abid had a pleasant disposition and made me feel at ease throughout the collection of my vehicle.
