The Windsor maps have been a fantastic addition to the hotel, providing guests with an easy way to explore and discover things to do in the local area. They have quickly become a popular resource, especially among tourists keen to travel around Windsor.

We have been using these maps for our guests for a few years and this year i asked for more as they are so popular! It was no problem and i received double the order and still free of charge :) I feel they advertise great places to go in Bath and there is something for everyone.

The maps are a great source of information for our Hotel guests. We receive them free of charge and need to replace them frequently in the accommodation and public areas.
This years have just been delivered.

Signing up for a two-year contract with We Design Maps has been one of the worst business decisions I’ve made. They charge £600+ VAT for what is essentially an unaccountable and ineffective service. After more than a year, I’ve seen no new business, no visible maps in circulation, and no proof of where they were distributed—if they were even distributed at all.

When I asked for clarification about their distribution strategy, I was met with vague responses and excuses. They brushed off my concerns, refusing to provide any accountability or transparency.

The map itself is really ugly and looks nothing like their examples on the website.

This service feels like a complete scam. They take your money, produce something subpar, and then vanish without delivering any measurable value. Small businesses should avoid this company at all costs—it’s nothing more than a money-making scheme that preys on trusting clients. I am beyond disappointed and feel completely misled.

Really nice maps that our visitors find useful and we’ve been giving out now for a couple of years. Great service from the office team - maps given to us for free, yearly. Due to size & quantity, can be a bit annoying to store, we would benefit perhaps from 2 or 3 deliveries a year rather than all in one go but apart from that they’re great, thanks!

£600+ VAT for a "two year contract" with zero accountability from the business about where they deliver the maps, and in a year so far, no return on investment. Badly researched document and a random scope of businesses featured from a huge area.

I have brought this up verbally with the company and asked them if they could give me info on where they delivered the maps as have never seen them anywhere and have had no new business from their map. No information given. Fobbed off with "this is the nature of advertising - you don't always get your money back".

If you're a small business, I would avoid. Once they have your money they don't care at all about delivering returns for their customers. Just a pointless money making scheme for We Design Maps. Very dissatisfied customer.
