Outstanding customer service. I called directly because my daughter's school had missed us out in communications re a club's hoodie order. Wedoworkwear were so accommodating, no sighing or grumpiness because we'd missed the group order ; ) they were totally there to help me, so now I've got a happy girl instead of a very sad one!

Great customer service from Direct Print Sheffield recently. I arrived late to collect my order and the lovely guy who had locked up on a Friday evening, gladly opened everything up again to get me my order. Outstanding customer service, would thoroughly recommend.

I luckily found Direct Print & Promotions after being let down for leavers hoodies by another company. James was friendly and approachable and could not do enough to help. I was sent the artwork within the hour and they turned around 31 personalised hoodies in 5 days. Great quality clothing and printing. Couldn't be happier with the company. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had an urgent order that required quite a large amount of printing to be done on a short lead time. The team at Direct Print were absolutely brilliant. I received speedy responses regarding updates on my order, they also put my order on an express service and managed to turn it around in 3 days which was super quick and especially at this year with Christmas coming up. I was really happy with the quality of the printing and the great customer service I have received throughout.

So, I’m running the London Marathon , and having T shirts printed for my family ( as a surprise), who are coming to support me on the day.. There was a mess up with my delivery of the t shirts( nothing to do with direct print), and then this had a knock on effect. Direct print , especially Charlotte, James and Joe, were amazing, and offered to turn round the t shirt printing in 24 hours ..!
The shirts are amazing, and I’ve already been getting lots of positive comments about the print quality, especially whilst wearing my hoodie at the expo yesterday .!

I placed an order here 5.5 months ago. I only received part of my order, along with a little post-it-note saying the leggings were out of stock and would be sent as soon as they were back in stock.

I waited patiently for 1 month before getting in touch, nothing was sent, so I contacted the shop and they assured me the leggings would be in stock the following month and sent out first class.

Another month passed and still nothing. So I sent another message to cancel the order and request a refund; as my daughter had grown out of the size she needed when the order was first placed back on 2nd March 2022, no response.
I have now randomly received the leggings today, 5.5 months later... A product I no longer need and no sign of the refund I requested 3.5 months ago.

The parts of the order we did receive were great quality, hence the two stars.
But the service, communication and failure to provide a refund upon request is enough to put me off buying from here again unfortunately.

Super happy with both the service and products from Direct Print! I've found it so hard to find a good supplier, but Charlotte from Direct Print was excellent to work with, always replied to my emails and many questions straight away and kept me updated with my order - and the order even arrived sooner than expected.
Would highly recommend!

Really impressed with the level of service from this company. We changed our order so many times, but that didn't cause any issues. We requested samples and they came fully printed with our logo, when we placed the order we were expecting delivery to take ages, but to our surprise it was delivered very quickly considering the number of items that had to be processed. Charlotte gets a special mention - she has been fantastic, so helpful & knowledgeable & friendly.
Overall we are delighted with our workwear and we will certainly be a returning customer.
