Product arrived damaged. There was a note in the box with an email address telling you where to contact if there was any issues with damaged products. That was 10 days ago. Had no response. Have even filled out their on site contact form. Awful. Won’t be using again. Worst service I have had in a long time.
Bought a print from the eBay site, but unfortunately the colour quality was disappointing. Needn't have worried, Kirsty was very helpful, immediately recognising it as an issue at the printers. She promptly arranged for a second copy to be sent which arrived today. In terms of colour it's much better, really pleased with both product and service.
I made x3 purchases of framed prints via Amazon. First two prints were great, but the third was wonky and unacceptable. It's cost me almost £4 for the privilege of a disappointing experience. Thanks guys, no more business from me.
