DO NOT ORDER

Wish I read reviews before I ordered. Agree with EVERYONE else. This place is a joke. Never got my weebods. Ordered two of them. They stopped responding. Very much questioning whether this place is even legit. DO NOT order any. You basically are just giving away your money. You will not receive anything.

Don’t bother !

Ordered a frame back in June for my daughters wedding , 4months later we received it but it had the wrong names and dates on. After contacting customer services was told to return and that a new one would be sent. We posts it back in original packaging and also sent copy of receipt 31/8/21z still awaiting frame and have requested full refund however still awaiting frame or refund !!!! Worst company ever will be writing to trading standards and watchdog regarding company as looking at reviews lots of people having similar issues 😡
20th October 2021 -update after some back and forth with emails and the fact that legal action will be taken I have been told on 13th October they had put a request has been put in for a refund and that I should receive after 10days (this is ridiculous in its self tbh we are now a lot more sophisticated with banking now days !) they have assured me I will have it buy the 28th October . We will see if it arrives? If not legal action will be taken to retrieve the amount plus costs. Lucky for me husband is a solicitor. Anyway fingers crossed 🤞

Not Happy

Not Happy ! still waiting ....after 9 months ! Fedex has my package somewhere but they can not deliver it to me ? Why ? I don't know !!!! it was a gift for my husband 40th birthday it s now 9 months later still nothing and I have been more than patient ! don't know if I will ever receive it ! Very very disapointed .

Disappointing service

I dont normally leave reviews but I am so disappointed with the service!
I Ordered my design at the beginning of June for a wedding 29th august thought that’s enoug time as the website said about 40 days I am still waiting my design slightly embarrassing turning up at a wedding with no gift so had to give something else!
If you are in a hurry for a gift (if needed in next 6 months) then don't even bother!! I’m hoping I get it within 6 months but who knows I could give it as an anniversary present I suppose 🙁

Awful, awful, awful!

So angry. After over 6mths of waiting. Been told our order would arrive within a wk or 2...been dispatched, on it's way...to then sorry it's still in production numerous times!.
Countless messages. Emails.
We have now been blocked from sending messages!!!! After once again being promised it's on it's way a mth ago!.
Over £120 for an order which we hoped to arrive for March!.
Completey angry and dissapointed as we have been so looking forward to putting this up in our new home.
Can not stress enough to Avoid this shambles of company.
Furious. Delete any comunication you post publicly so it can not be seen by future customers. Take your money and block you from contact!!!.
Weebods if you bother to read this we would like our order or we will proceed to small claims.

So I feel it only fair to update my review!.
It's around 2wks since I left this initial review...and 6mths plus since our inital purchase.
To our complete shock, we recieved our picture. Out of the blue we had an email stating it was on route...this time around we had a tracking number.

Unfotunately for me the stress and sheer lack of honest communication would completely put me off a re order.
The picture it's self is nice. It appears to be laser scupted, certainly not hand sculpted as we expected. The
Colours of clothes we never got a say in as we had zero reply until it was too late which resulted in me (mum) wearing a purple dress...I hate purple and do not wear dresses...And its also a lot smaller then we expected. 2adults 7 chidren and a dog.
All that said it's cute and we are happy with what we have.
We have also been given a full refund of purchase due to their admitted short falls...and we have actually recieved the full refund.
So take as u pls.
A company with many flaws...yes. I wouldn't say a scam company but a company who needs to improve greatly in customer service, speed and honest communiction.

Is there a zero rating?!

Is there a zero rating? Wth. I ordered in April 2020 and just like everyone else on this thread I still have no item despite back and forth emails. Now. They are simply not responding. 222$ I am soooo reporting this to the bbb.

Horrendous service

Horrendous service. Ordered 13th April and I’m still waiting.. no reply to my emails. I want a refund and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. Avoid.

UPDATE - I have now received my order… broken! Waited over 6 months for it. Packaging is not adequate and when it arrived it was broken. I was told by customer service to superglue it back on!

I have been receiving marketing emails from them saying ‘guaranteed Xmas delivery’. I do not believe this for one minute. If it takes 6 months normally then it’ll take much longer over the busy Xmas period.

Honestly this company don’t deserve…

Honestly this company don’t deserve even a one star.They are bunch of liars.After months and months of chasing to get my money back of £100+ numerous emails back and forth when they could not deliver the product on time,I am still chasing it till date.I was promised that money will be paid the same day on Facebook review and 3 days after still
NOTHING not even a penny.Please don’t believe whatever they say. I was so stupid enough to believe for once.you will be wasting you time and most importantly your money which you earned with your blood and sweat.Once they take your money, don’t expect a return any time soon May be never.I won’t communicate with them anymore cause I am so sick to my core with this company and won’t believe a word they say anymore.I will fight till the end until I get my hard earned money back.This company is a fraudulent!!!! Stay Away !!

FRAUD

FRAUD. I wish there were a way to not give even one star because this company is awful. I ordered in may of 2021 and as of mid-August have not received the product which was promised to arrive within 40 days! The company has stopped replying to emails and I hope to at least get a refund!

84 days - No response

I ordered 84 days ago for an event which is tomorrow, well ahead of their 45 day recommendation. I have not only failed to receive the product but my inquires have gone unanswered. I’ve filed a dispute with AMEX.

Zero stars

People have already said it here but I’m so disappointed that I needed to add my comments. I ordered in March 2021 and after numerous chase up emails and eventually raising a payment dispute received my order in July 2021. The finished product is very poor. When I ordered I described the skin colour of each person yet every character is the same shade of white skin. They are bunched together as if they we running out of space and look nothing like the concept sketch. So all in all, long wait times, poor communication, lack of updates and disappointing end product.

Terrible Customer Service

I had bought a Weebods pre pandemic and had no issues it arrived on time without a delay.

However in March I placed another order and after reading trust pilot reviews and a lack of communication from Martin I did panic and posted on their Facebook complaining as it had been 3 months since I ordered. after posting that I had communication with Martin and received my order… shocking customer service but possibly a solution for those still waiting on their orders nobody likes bad publicity… it took 4 months to receive mine and looking at others that doesn’t seem to be too bad compared to their waits but still unacceptable when it is advertised as less.

I won’t be purchasing from Weebods again which is unfortunate as I had previously bought 2 for engagements and wanted to follow it with wedding date pictures…. Oh well !

Purchased Feb no picture yet and no response

I bought one Weebod picture which I received. It was beautiful but the backing paper started to crease. I contacted them and they re-hung it and it was lovely. It did take ages but it was worth it.

I was so happy I bought another one for my friends civil ceremony in May. I purchased it in Feb thinking I had enough time. I still haven't received it and they are not answering my emails. I don't know what has happened with this company but I may now have to contact my credit card company and report it which I don't want to I'd rather have the beautiful picture I paid for months ago.

I wish I had checked on line reviews…

I wish I had checked on line reviews before placing an order with Weebods in December 2020. I am still waiting for my picture, that was meant as a gift for someone in February. Am beginning to agree with comments that they could be fraudulent as they took my money and the only communication since has been if I have contacted them and IF I get a response (not often) all I get is false promises. How sad that what seems like a great concept is being run by a load of completely incompetent people .... hopefully not crooks.

Absolutely awful

Bored of waiting

Ordered in December and still nothing. Now refusing to reply to any emails. Just avoiding the issue. Do not even bother to order from them. Quickly take your money and then the service stops at that point.
