Every month, I get excited when I get the email saying my wee box is on the way! January's Wee Box was the best with a hairy coo spatula, a puffin crossbody bag, and coffee! The gifts inside are special and keep me connected to Scotland all year.

Subscribed for years and love it!
Been a subscriber for years and I love it! Great quality items from Scotland and love the different themes each month. My daughter and I love unboxing together and reading about each item. It”s a little splurge each month, but well worth the cost.

Will NOT stop.
We've cancelled our subscription and have reached out numerous times for this scam of a business to stop charging our account. We've kept money from the account just because they won't stop, and they've tried to pull money from that same account over 8 times unsuccessfully. We'll not use them again.
Edit- I think it's rich you people can reach out after I had already threatened to come to TrustPilot to leave a review. You couldn't respond after multiple emails, messages on your social media, reviews on your social media. I have an email confirming my cancellation and a reply from you and you STILL keep trying to charge my account. If I have to cancel a bank card because of you, I'm going to be livid.

We’re sorry to hear that this situation has been frustrating and we’d like to clarify the timeline for accuracy.
Your subscription cancellation request was sent over the weekend, when our customer service team is not operating. Your subscription was cancelled promptly on the next working day, which is in line with our stated support hours.
Prior to this, you contacted us in early January regarding cancellation. We responded at that time with an option to proceed, but did not receive a follow-up confirmation. As no confirmation was received, the subscription remained active until your most recent request.
No further charges will be taken now that the subscription has been cancelled. Any attempted payments referenced were automated retries by our payment processor following a failed payment attempt, not manual charges by our team.
We always aim to resolve matters fairly and respectfully. While we understand frustration, we do not tolerate abusive language towards our staff, and for that reason, we will not be engaging further on this matter publicly.
If you require confirmation of your cancellation, this has already been sent via email.

Wee boxes are the greatest
Love to get these boxes of surprises each month. I started getting them during the pandemic when traveling was not possible so it felt like I was traveling to Scotland without actually going there. Love the food treats and jewelry and highland cows too.

I love getting my Wee Box every month! As I have dove into my Scottish roots even more, I feel a connection with the items that I find in each box. I look forward to each Wee Box - it's like Christmas and Birthday rolled into one each month. When I opened my email and saw the sneak peek for Nov - I was thrilled! A Stewart Tartan scarf! I have found GENERATIONS of the Stewart/Stuart Clan in my genealogy - I can trace that line from my 4th great-grandmother in 1805 back to James Stewart 5th High Steward of Scotland -born in 1243. This scarf is special. Thank you Wee Box Staff!

I found out a few years ago, I was more Scottish than anything else.

I received my WeeBox last week and love everything in it! I restarted my subscription, too. So after 2 months of worrying and waiting, I was so happy to see the purple box I’ve read so much about. Faith restored. I look forward to receiving the next 5 boxes. My family loved the Scottish tablet:)
