Very Friendly & Staff communication is great!

Only reason for selecting 4 stars in lieu of 5 stars is due to being notified that color of Davinci Miqro Explorers pack I purchased was no longer available a few days after I made the purchase. Thus, the wait for my purchase was a bit longer than expected. However, as soon as I made my decision as to choosing another color selection which was in stock; my
Item was sent promptly & I received it in a very timely manner. Also, item purchased was as stated on website. Very friendly & the communication of staff is great. Recommend them for future purchases.

Total Scam Show with Deceptive Business Practices

Weedipedia is one of the most dishonest businesses I’ve ever encountered. If there’s a problem with an order, they will refuse to return items, and the owner will change the return policy at will. They refuse to print negative reviews of any products. This is a complete scam show with fraudulent business practices that come directly from the owner.

I purchased a defective device from Weedipedia and they refused to return the item, even though their website and an employee told me “UNUSED” items could be returned. Their website also states, “If there was a mistake in the order or an item came broken, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.” They also state, “We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.” None of that is true.

When I requested a return authorization I never received it. After a couple more redundant emails I got a message from the owner saying there was nothing they could do because the package was opened, so how does a defective item get returned, if they don’t accept returns on open items? If you don’t open the box, you’ll never know if the item is defective, but if you open the box, you can’t return the item. Total scam shop. The owner did add a sad face emoji to the email though. He was sad they couldn’t do anything, but it’s just not their fault. Nothing ever is.

The owner rambled on and on about how good the product was and that’s why it doesn’t get any poor reviews, but there are poor reviews on other sites, just not on Weedipedia. I personally attempted to post several poor reviews, but none ever appeared. Looking at their website, no products get any poor reviews; all products on their website get 4 or 5-star reviews. That’s not even realistic. I wish I’d noticed that before doing business with them.

The owner claimed they didn’t have any control over the reviews, but then went on and on about how they’ve put blood, sweat and tears into getting good reviews. Since none of my reviews were published, I suspect the blood, sweat and tears goes to keeping negative reviews off their website, deceiving customers, blaming others and changing return policies.

When questioned why zero products on their site get poor reviews, the owner didn’t respond. When asked why my negative reviews didn’t get published, again, zero response. When I stated I had an unused, defective unit, like their return policy allows to be returned, the owner stayed silent. Zero response at all. He must not have been able to come up with good enough lies, or maybe he just couldn’t find anyone else to blame.

It’s impossible to get a straight answer from anyone at this business. None of your questions will ever be answered. All you will receive from this company are excuses about how defective items are not their responsibility.

If you get a broken device, you’re on your own. Weedipedia will not help at all. Buying from Weedipedia might cost more than paying full price, because you’ll wind up wasting hours of time trying to deal with the clown car of employees driven by the owner. After almost 30 emails from Weedipedia I’ve received zero help, and I’m still stuck with a defective device that won’t even charge and has never been used. I have heard a constant drone of excuses, most directly from the owner. But, at least, I have the satisfaction of knowing the owner is sad that I got a defective device. That makes everything better.

This company is like a tumor. Stay away or you might get infected with their cancerous lies and actions. If you have a problem with an order, just call your credit card company and file a complaint. Trying to get this business to help will do nothing but cost more money in time stolen by the inconsiderateness of these criminals.

I have requested a refund on multiple occasions, and everyone has been denied, including in an email from the owner of the company. Don't believe anything this company says. All they know how to do is lie.

In order to resolve this issue I had to file a formal complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office & a formal complaint with my credit card company. After they were contacted by the Attorney General's office their attitude changed quickly. They'll bend over backwards to fix the problem if you file that complaint.

So, if you have any issues & Weedipedia isn't cooperative, then just file formal complaints.
