This company has been the best I've ever had to deal with. I had a problem with seeds germination and this company have stood behind their product and sent me 20 replacement seeds at no charge. This company is a stand up company. You'll never go wrong when a company will work with you. I highly recommend that you look at all the companies and compare this one with the others.

Hi all just thought I'd share my experience with weedseedsexpress.
So we had some trouble with the delivery times and it ended up getting to Australia in the end but couldn't track it any further.
So myself and weedseedsexpress exchanged a few emails and they were the than happy to try and help me resolve the problem.
In the end they were kind enough to give me a full refund even though Tracking was packaged was delivered but I infact had not received it.
So about 5 days after my refund came through my package finally found its way to me.
So I give them a 5 star rating for response and willingness to help as much as possible and will continue further future orders through these guys so highly recommend using weedseedsexpress.

Good place to buy seeds, but they need to work on their communication skills.
I placed an order in the US and had my seeds less than one week later.

I did not receive any emails to indicate that my payment was received. After I emailed WSE to inquire they replied with a shipping #.
I received an additional 10+ auto emails saying my order had shipped and one email saying my order was canceled due to non-payment. ugh!

My order was shipped from the same place in which ILGM ships, San Diego(same QC stamp as my ILGM order).
I will buy from them again and only took one star due to the lack of emails, then the influx of and lastly the confusing.

Brilliant delivery service, ordered late Wednesday evening and delivered Friday lunchtime. Look forward to starting off the seeds and hoping for 100% germination.

Company is great they got fire 🔥 genetics. Strains no one else has like pinkmangoo one of the only sites only companies that carry pinkmangoo. Been doing business with them for while now had one problem and Shanna the customer service rep was great explained everything and helped and also sent me new seeds to try again by far one of the top 3 seed companies. Used weedseed express for the first time. Very quick delivery in cool packaging. Great customer service and seeds look great. They now have a customer for life.

Did the black Friday special, 25 fem seeds ,5 different strains. Waste of 2 months. Germinated 2 seeds from each strain no problem. When switched to flower only 2 of 10 were female. Very 😡

We ordered and the package didn’t arrive so I emailed and my email was answered very quickly. Weed seeds resent our order and apart from a few delivery notifications that were wrong ( tracking not weedseeds fault) we received our parcel on the second try!
