Booked a short break to Copenhagen. It was easy to book online, all the travel documents were sent through promptly and the information provided from the company was very good. The quality of the hotel was excellent and as advertised. All in all a wonderful experience and we would book with them again.

The service we had booking was efficient and smooth. Then, unfortunately, coronavirus happened so I contacted Weekend.Com asking about our options, we had paid the full amount by this time, so were pleased and surprised to be told our booking had been cancelled and we would be getting a full refund. We assumed we would have a fight to get our money back so relieved.

Took our first trip through weekend.com and we could not be more satisfied. There is a saying that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Not so in the case of the deal we booked to Copenhagen, it was GREAT!!!
I realized soon after booking that the flights did not include luggage. I contacted weekend.com and received a quick response with instructions on how to add on the luggage. The flights were great, hotel was lovely. We are thrilled and plan to use you again. Thanks for a great trip.

My initial booking via Travelzoo was not confirmed online. in fact, the window crashed and indicated that the initial Luxor hotel choice was no longer available. So i logged back into Travelzoo and booked an MGM package. Then, i got an email and call regarding a duplicate booking for the same days and passengers. It seems that the initial booking that crashed actually went through. So it was resolved and the 2nd booking was cancelled. Then, i kept emailing to obtain the airline confirmation codes. I was told that it was emailed. Frustrated, I called and finally obtained the codes. All's well that ends well. The reps were responsive and helpful but wonder about the inefficiency of the site crashing.and the miscommunication on the codes. It should be a simple enough process to book and get reservation confirmation. I will think twice before using this vendor again.

I chose 6 nights for my recent booking and ended up with 4 nights. I was aware, though I find it strange, that I would have only 5 hotel nights as my time in the air is counted as one night. According to customer support my screen did indicate 4 nights when I booked, so that is my fault. It was also suggested to me that maybe I had actually chosen 5 nights - not true. I was very focused on checking my personal information and didn't notice/expect that my number of nights would have changed. Luckily the 4 nights should still be enough time for my trip. Be very careful before you book. I've had a few inquiries since booking and they have been handled very promptly.

We booked with weekend and after receiving the confirmation, 3 hours later they emailed to say there something wrong with the hotel booking and that they would confirm by that night. They then extended that delay by a day each day and four days later told us that room was not available. They, then, offered us the same rate at a 1 star hotel. In order to keep our flights (which had increased after 4 days) and get a semi-decent hotel, they charged us extra when the fault was on their end. They refused to help us and kept referring to the 1-star hotel that they were offering. I understand mistakes happen and sometimes its not under your control, but when you cause such a long delay and prices go up in that timeframe, as a company, its your responsible to meet the customer on what was booked. After many long phone calls and complaints, we got nowhere with them and their customer service was garbage - as if they didn't even care that they just ruined someones mini-moon. I wouldn't recommend them at all, as appealing as their prices seem!
