Everything was super good- food, room, sauna. Hotel is clean and amazingly beautiful. The stuff is very friendly.

We booked our trip without knowing anything about Montecatini. It goes without saying that we haven’t been disappointed at all as every single aspect of our experience was perfect.
We stayed there with our little boy (19 months) and found the team very attentive towards him.
The hotel is very well located, clean, well decorated, comfortable. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes that make the choice uneasy :) !
The workers are bilingual, professional, sweet and did everything to make our stay the most comfortable possible.
The best detail? We had to leave early on Sunday morning and had to miss breakfast. The man who work all night at the reception prepared a takeaway breakfast for our trip and it was the best gift ever! Thank you!
We will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone!
