Originally rated this 1 star because I truly believed it was a scam. Unfortunately with the tracking not updating and the shipping taking so long I truly believed it was. HOWEVER, the product is very adorable and my friend is very happy with her support pickle.

Ordered 2 items - 10 days later the status is still showing as 'Order ready', so i am guessing these have not been sent out. Have emailed the company for an update twice now but not received any reply/response. Poor service

Everything shipped fast. Bought 5 with stands (pickle, avocado x 2, sunflower, and poop). Quality is so good and they’re super cute little gifts. Had to contact through email for a question and communication was fast and friendly as well. Will buy again.

Don't buy anything from them. They use Evri as a Courier. You'll never see your product and they refuse to give you a refund. Steer clear.

These are gorgeous. Now on getting my 5th. Great gifts. Quick delivery. Helpful staff for when you make mistakes ordering like I did, very efficient service. You wouldn't be sorry you bought one. Fantastic.

Been waiting for nearly a month for an order.

Order made on 14th December, for Xmas.

Still not received 15 days later.

Accepting bottlenecks in supply chains can occur, the customer service agent decided to be passive aggressive with me when providing responses in pursuit of a resolution.

Order is "in transit" for the past 4 weeks. No one to contact for refund.

Made an order for several items and nothing delivered. I can only assume its a fake company. I would certainly not recommend ordering from here

Ordered an item 23/10/2024. Never arrived after 4 weeks. Wouldn't refund so ended up getting money back via Paypal.
Company said they couldn't refund as item was dispatched. Been 7 weeks and it still didn't arrive. Seems like another scam as advertised on Facebook. In my experience most things on Facebook is a scam. Last time I buy from ads on that platform.

I ordered several crochet toys with funny and positive messages for my team at work. The customer service was excellent - because my order was so large they shipped them from China but they used FedEx and the product arrived quickly. They are adorable!
