prompt response to my request to fix my toilet cistern. diligent and expert repair - identified the jammed stopcock next to the hot water boiler identified the alternative , (emptied the gravity cold water tank on the roof, allowing the cistern to be emptied). fixed the cistern by replacing worn parts - process completed with a minimum of fuss, bathroom left clean - altogether a competent and professional job!

TLDR - avoid this company.
Note for company: I have not used "We Fix 24 Limited or another sub-standard company" as you keep noting in your threatening responses to some of the other negative reviews here.
I booked a WeFix engineer to diagnose and repair our boiler, but the visit felt more like a sales consultation than a repair appointment.
Within about 5 minutes of arriving, the engineer concluded the pump was likely faulty and said it “should be replaced.” They also pointed out a very small mark on the boiler and suggested it could be linked to a combustion leak, but also stated they couldn’t verify this because the boiler wouldn’t start.
Despite that, I was told they could replace the pump but couldn’t guarantee it would work and that it was “best” to replace the boiler. The majority of the appointment then seemed to be spent pricing up a replacement job (rather than troubleshooting), including discussing major invasive works (either ripping out the ceiling or floor to run new pipework). The quote given was £7,000 + VAT, and the engineer openly stated this included around a 30% markup on the boiler cost. I was also told that if anything else was found, it would be additional cost. All of this time was being charged to me.
When I declined, the engineer was polite but seemed surprised, then spent the next ~35 minutes typing up a report and reading it out, Again all of this time for paperwork was being charged to me, and I was charged around £300 for the appointment with nothing achieved except a ton of paper work and a ton of sales pitch.
What concerned me most was that as the engineer was leaving, they suddenly declared the boiler dangerous, placed a sticker on it, and had me sign documentation stating it shouldn’t be used (and by this time i was annoyed so i just signed anything to get them out of my house) - even though at the start of the visit they had said they couldn’t verify any combustion leak (and it was just their hunch) due to the boiler not firing.
Later that same evening, I got a second engineer out. They disagreed strongly with WeFix’s assessment, and found it laughable. They got to work immediately without spending hours trying to sell me a replacement boiler, they replaced the pump, carried out a full service, and had the boiler working normally again within 1.5 hours and charged me £400 including all parts!
Based on my experience, this visit from WeFix did not feel like a genuine attempt to repair the boiler, but rather an attempt to steer me into a costly replacement and major works. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect and can seek a second opinion if advised to replace their boiler.

I can’t recommend Tony highly enough. He was extremely diligent, understanding, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the whole job. His communication was excellent from start to finish clear, prompt, and reassuring, which made the whole process stress-free.
Tony worked quickly without cutting corners and was completely trustworthy, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. It’s rare to find a plumber who combines such professionalism with real care for the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

Came within 1 hour late on a weekend to fix a leak. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Paid once and fixed, not having to call out again and again. Also no additional costs. The guy that turned up with excellent, professional knowledge and exceptionally friendly. Would definitely recommend. They seem proud and happy to work for this company which is also a good indicator. Showed pride in his work.

I had been in contact with a number of other companies trying to deal with drainage and boiler flue issues and they all either ignored my problems or tried to get someone else to solve it.
We fix listened to my issues, were pragmatic and went to fix the root cause of the problem.

Jack and Fabio were extremely professional and quick. Since the time of the call it took them 48 hours to replace the boiler and get us hot water back. They arrived on time and were very polite and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anybody.

I cannot fault this company, got through to someone quickly at 3:00pm about a leaking pipe, by 4:40pm the plumber Jack P had been out and fixed the problem within the first hour as promised. Really helpful, polite guy and did a solid job. I will definitely be using this company again. No stress, straightforward, reliable, value for money, good communication throughout, solid service. They know what they’re doing.
