Great service and communication. Very patient whilst I sourced replacement toners and a drum unit for an old machine that is now working fine after laying dormant for over 5-years!

I’m very pleased with the service received from Martin, he’s clearly passionate about his work as he took the time to explain in detail the problem with my Epson eco tank printer and how he resolved it. I was very impressed by the efficiency and thoroughness of the servicing of my very old printer. I was able to schedule a visit for the next day and the service engineer was very good indeed.

Excellent service, printer good to go now. Martin the engineer, was very thorough. Took it to the Nazing workshopand diagnosed the problems. An old printer that required some spares that they managed to obtained. Thought it was heading for the dump but good as new now. My thanks to Martin. Nice run out to Nazing, lovely location for a workshop.

This company are truly truly amazing. The guy i spoke to spent over an hour on the phone to me about my PC he never once got frustrated or upset. He later came to my house to fix the slowness of my pc down and to stop any online footprints. Hence a complete reinstall but i had my info saved on a dongle... I would strongly recommend this company and actually it is important if necessary at times to have a complete reinstall of your tablet i pad or pc because you dont know what you have viewed or what internet activity is being monitored. good communication, speedy responses, reasonable rate and most of all the engineer, Martin, was a pleasure to have in my home.

Not only did Martin resolve the issue, he gave me good advice and helped me download additional information to make the use of the printer more efficient. He was extremely polite and professional.

I would have no hesitation in calling on this service again if required in the future.

Our office printer needed an urgent repair - Steve got us booked in for first thing the next morning. The engineer was so professional, thorough, and friendly. we were up and running again within half an hour! I was so impressed I have signed a contract for them to be our main service/repair company.
