Deposited in GBP, requested withdrawal in GBP, received in EUR at their unfavourable house rate. Full withdrawal came in about seven percent short. Support said the currency selection was my error, though the interface was misleading.
Tried three different bank cards for deposit, all refused with generic error. Bank confirmed the transactions were being declined at the merchant end. Site support said everything looks fine our end. Impasse.
Receiving eight or nine promo emails a day and the unsubscribe link does not work.
An excellent, speedy and cost effective service. Our faulty lock was replaced quickly and efficiently by Paul in no time at all. We would heartily recommend them.
Managed to misplace my garage keys, was recommended to give Paul a call by a neighbour, 2 hours later the job was done ! Nice guy, efficient service, fair price for a fair job, would highly recommend 👍
