I bought a t-shirt with the specific text for the Mother’s Day. The special symbols which were visible on the screen didn’t come out in print. I requested a refund, they sent me a voucher code and I ordered another t-shirt through them with the updated text. This t-shirt was never delivered. They apologized for inconvenience and the delay, explaining that they had some problems with the print provider, external subcontractor. I sent them several email reminders and the request to refund me. They stopped answering my emails. So, lost time, lost money and an unusable t-shirt.

palced an order more than one months ago. never recived. thery never answered to my emails but took the money. thieves

I placed an order weeks ago for a mother days gift. On website fast delivery was mentioned. So still enough time to get it before the celebration day would take place.

After direct payment and confirming the order I received a confirmation that direct production will be done of making the print one cotton t-shirt (shirt is already finished)

Days and weeks passed by, in the week before mothers day they send a message that production of printing of one easy print on a short was finally done. So I expect they would reach the deadline.

Everything was received expect this order before the Sunday that was Mother’s Day.

The day AFTER Mother’s Day they send a new email that parcel have been send, even though THE day was already passed. No apologies, no any extra attention and just if things are totally normal.

Taking so long for printing only one shirt and missing the day where for it was mentioned and doing if things are totally normal. You don’t understand how to treat customers and orders correctly….!!

If it was busy or production takes longer then given, contact customer and check if it is a problem and what could be a solution in this.

Still not received a thing, so can not judge the quality of shirt and print, but I do not think that this will change my opinion.
I already expect that I have overpaid for it anyway, but I liked the idea shirt/print.

Never placing an order again with this company.
