Personalized Attention Is Five Star

The first great thing I discovered with WeFulfil, is the personalized one on one conversation about my new business and concerns. Gemma was eager to understand what I was looking for in a dropshipper. I know that I am now in good hands and good company.

Thanks to Andrew!

I did have no experience in sourcing from China and with Dropshipping, but Wefulfil helped me a lot and showed me everything. Especially Andrew helped me so much doing research and finding the perfect product I want. He also helped me with my Shopify store that I will launch.

If you are a first time user of…

If you are a first time user of dropshipping apps do not forget to set up the shipping rates for that App by going to Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Custom Shipping profile. Other than that prices are pretty good they give answers to your problems very fast.

Non-Response to Server Errors

Got a '500 / Server Error' trying to use the site and raised a ticket - got the same error trying to read their response to the ticket, so asked them to respond via email, which they ignored. Two emails to 'Andrew' - both ignored. Not impressed and certainly shows the lack of customer support with this company. Guess the positive reviews have been bought.
