Sadly, in line with other reviews you will read, I must firmly discourage you from buying a WegoBoard product.
I don’t presume to make comment on the technical aspects of their models, nor the fact that their own personnel have admitted to me that their products are “fragile”, but I can comment on their abysmal after-sales client service. It is practically non-existent.
So, if you want to buy a “fragile” item, and then, when it inevitably breaks, go through the pain of trying to deal with their after-sales team (who never respond to emails, never pick up the phone), if you want to either be forced to take a day off work to travel (at your own expense) to a workshop in the middle of nowhere to have your item fixed, or at your own expense send your item to them for repair, please feel free to buy WegoBoard.
I do not recommend. Pay a little extra for a more solid product, and buy from a reputable company who understand how after-sales and client relations work.

I bought the 700€ Barooder (15 Am) which broke after only 2 months and half only!!! It took them 3 weeks to fix it, returning the scooter with a large scratch and the light was broken!!!
Impossible to get them on the phone... no reply by email...
It took them 4 weeks to change a flat tyre, as they are not selling in the shop... and they charge 117€!

Horrible !!
Horrible !!! Run , a fuire !!! The Booster broke after 2 months of usage, and then the Service After Sale (or SAV) took hostage my trotinette for two months. You have to pay to have it sent and delivered to and from the repair shop. No communication. Horrible client service. I had to make two trips to get it back. The worst. Please, do not buy this product as you will be disappointed. They lie and the product is crap and the repair is bad.
