Very helpful, knowledgable and caring.
I have been purchasing monthly since 2024 and have successfully lost 27kilos, this has been slowly and gently and therefore have no unsightly lose skin. The staff are great and really help me as my days off are hard to fit around the clinics monthly check in but they make it happen. I am definitely still reliant on the jabs but when I get to my goal weight I will cut down but maintain so I keep the weight off.

To help minimise this, we encourage patients to complete their payment as soon as possible after their consultation. In your case, it appears that the payment was made after the same-day processing cut-off, which contributed to the delay.
